The presentation of this Bill is that it will change things for home owners; it will implement the significant components of the State HOA Study 2013; and it will improve upon home owner's rights and an ability to resolve HOA disputes out of court. It has been a slow week for new job openings. I have only applied for two jobs this week. I have applied for 35 jobs in one month. At this rate it is going to take me forever to land a job.

I am guessing it is going to take me close to 300 applications to get one job offer (based on my job search stats three years ago).

I have a lot of work to do, I hope the new job openings pick up soon.
