Septa hiring or not

This is my first blog ever, and I hope it has value to others who have experienced the same problems with septa that I have.

I applied for the position of bus operator last summer. At first I was told tjat did not have the necessary skills needed, or that application was one among thousands. So I got a CDL which is requirered when I tried again for the positionI was told by a Mr. Wyman that since septa receieves over a thousand resumes a day that my application was denied.

I can't believe it is already mid-May, and with the warm weather we have been having, locally grown produce will soon be for sale at our local farmer's markets. I was recently in New York City and visited a farmer's market and was envious of all the variety of produce they had to offer. I can't wait until the local crops are available so we can enjoy some of our own local delights. Condominiums were especially hard hit in the recent market downturn in Florida for a number of reasons.

Therefore guidelines for lending on condos has been significantly tightened by lenders.
Condo loans now have to jump through two hoops. First the borrower has to qualify. Then the condo association has to qualify.

Primary residence and second home condo purchases are also treated differently.

There is no Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) currently...
