Going going Guam....

From the middle class suburbs of Ahwatukee, AZ. to the middle of nowhere. This is our families journey of a major move.

I have lived in the Phoenix area for about 28 years. I grew up in Scottsdale, went to ASU and reside in Ahwatukee (AKA 'The Tuke'). I am ready for an adventure.

My family consists of my 6 year old son, Thomas, 3 year old daughter, Tatum, and husband of 10 years, Randy. He, and this horrid economy, are the reason for this adventure.

Mortgage Rates Holding at Best Level of 2010

The rally in the rates market continued yesterday with mortgage rates improving a few basis points. Much like the prior day, rates started to come under pressure in the morning but quickly changed course taking its cues from the stock market. As stocks moved lower, money flowed into bonds. By day’s end, MBS closed at the best level of 2010. A few lenders who issued rates at the lows of the day, did reprice for the better lowering consumer borrowing costs further.

Sometimes I think I'm psychotic cuz I have thoughts that don't stop cycling in my head.

It gets on my nerves. I'm not much of a cat lover cuz I think cats are mank. They give themselves a bath by licking their fur and every so often, they'll puke up this mess. She told me that if it bothers me that much, just wipe it up with a paper towel. Heelloo? Just seeing cat puke sickens me. Izzy hasn't coughed up yet, but I'm sure to step on her hairball sometime...

My Brother in law finally got the dryer in, yesterday... Now my Wife has a washer and dryer right off of the kitchen, and doesn't have to go downstairs, and back upstairs, hauling basket after basket of wet or dry clothes. Her knees have been giving her problems lately, when she goes up the stairs and 'locks' on her, which can be a highly dangerous thing if she has a basket full of clothes, and loses her balance, I would lose the mose wonderful woman of my life, so, thats why I started...
