I had a great day. 10-31-10

I took Indigo with me to get my haircut at Sports Clip in Birkdale then we left to Blythe Landing.

I've been looking at finances quite a bit since we returned home from our trip. Mostly, that was because the trip consumed a major portion of our reserves, but also because we had a lot of expenses to cover in settling back into our home, and no income. Bottom line, I was concerned regarding our position relative to our needs.

This started me thinking about how our values affect our choices, at a personal and collective level. That led me to thinking about how preliminary choices affect...

I am back up to 150 lbs, less than two pounds down from my starting weight at the end of August. This is obviously not working for me, and posting it here doesn't push me to make different choices. Yes, I know it is all about my choices.

Funny how sometimes my choices are not in alignment with my goals.

Anyway, I am dropping this and though I will continue to weigh in, I am not certain it will make any difference.

Bottom line: I need to learn to feel good about...

I do not want to just give mental assent to Christian doctrine.

I want to see, have contact with, and live in the experienced reality of Christ's actual presence.
