Fort Mill/Tega Cay July Single Family Sales Data

During the month of July, Fort Mill and Tega Cay Single Family Sales totaled 59 closings. The average list price for homes sold was $284k with the average sale price of $270k. The average days on market for homes that sold was 93.

The same period in 2008 for the Fort Mill/Tega Cay area totaled 75 closings. The average list price in July 2008 was $299k with an average sale price of $291k.

One of the most disgusting and self-centered things I can imagine is for a mother to abort a baby for reasons that have nothing to do with the life of the mother.

But rather to do with not wanting a baby while going to school, or because it might cause some stretch marks on the tummy, or other such nonsense.

We're talking killing a baby to allow us to continue our self-centered pursuits or maintain our vanity folks!

Has anyone here ever seen a video of...

Trend of Higher Rates Continues and Discussing Yield Spread

Mortgage backed securities continue their recent trend of moving lower in price which increases mortgage rates. Recent economic data is pointing to a bottoming of the current recession which is moving investor money away from the safety of fixed income over to more risky equities. It appears that the green shoots theory of a quick economic turnaround is gaining momentum. Most lenders did reprice for the worse yesterday as the losses continued through close. So far this morning, MBS continue to fall...

Bigun was born in Bone Cave, TN at the Hilltop Animal Rescue Team (HART) shelter, operated by Mrs1885. He and his five brothers and two sisters are love children, from a brief love affair between Maggie, a black Cocker Spaniel, and Clyde, a Beagle Peke. They were born on May 26th.

I first saw his family photos when the puppies were about a month old. I wanted one then, but as they were in TN, and I was not; it didn't seem likely.

Yesterday, I discovered Bigun (Puppy A)...

Salisbury, Middlebury, Vergennes, & Brandon, VT

For the past two days, we've explored this area and it is so pretty. There's obviously economic challenges happening, but the businesses that are hanging on are looking good. Having economic constraints of our own, we don't do much spending, but I could've certainly boosted their economy, given the chance! I discovered they don't charge sales tax, so that was a big plus to me.

The scenic qualities of the area are unparalleled, especially if you like rural settings. I loved all the...
