A reader of this blog who happens to have also become a good friend wrote me wondering what happened to the two jobs I was offered and rather than giving just her an overview I thought it would be good for me to give a short synopsis of my situation publicly here, in case I had left anyone else a bit confused.

My present situation is as follows...

I have accepted two job offers. One is with a firm that is using me to make calls to executives of local area companies so...

Many times I hesitate to describe my needs here because I don't want anybody thinking that I write to wiggle money or food out of anyone here. That is not my purpose in writing at all.

Yet if I don't describe my needs and what I go through in more detail like I intend to do in this post...those reading my posts will not see the incredible hand of the living God providing for me in nearly if not outrightly miraculous ways.

I just want to take a minute to share some thoughts that came to me as I continued reading in Luke this morning (that's one of the books in the New Testament for any that might not know that...you never know these days ).

Especially in view of a conversation that developed among the comments of my previous post...a conversation that made me ponder these sorts of issues a bit more than usual (thanks yukiko!).

Well, it seems, I've been kicked out of my RV park. You might ask "What the heck does it take to get kicked out of an RV park?!
Arizona is known for being 'liberal' in it's laws, for Corporations, anyway. The 'people' are just annoyances, as far as they're concerned, who try to get laws on the books to protect themselves from corporate freedom to abuse whoever they like.

So, I'm told I have to fill out a background check, and pay $50. But, it's not really a background...

Basically it appears we had a pretty stable 2010 until the last quarter...but now we see a very strong drop in REO pricing. But this drop does not appear to be driving volume. So have we exhausted the investor? This would seem the best deals of the last couple of years and yet volume is relatively stable.

It is also interesting that short sale pricing appears...
