I have seen at the back of my home a few green small persons i think there are a lot of ufos...also i smoke weeds

I want to leave Columbus GA for a million different reasons. I know that Gainesville has some issues...chicken plants, funny smells etc. However, for someone of low income, would it be that bad considering where I will be leaving from? Any suggestions aprreciated. I am 51, so have no children in school; also I am physically disabled, degenerative disease, but can still get around with a cane some.
