Does the moving company or relocation provider you’re considering have a physical ‘bricks and mortar” business address? A real place you could visit, if necessary, to see the quality of their operation or obtain supplies?

Sun City Summerlin is a somewhat differentiated neighborhood so good news there may be pretty local. So lets take a look at the remainder of 89134. That is basically the original Summerlin operation with the other segments coming later. Our chart covers just over 1850 sales since 2003.

Got ticket where to fly?

I've to use this ticket before it expires in May I can go somewhere like Hawaii I've been there before I loved it but it would be different this time I would be completely by myself with not much money. But thats the exciting thing about it ...if I can find the right place to go oh Id be sleeping in the parks but I dont think they allow that anymore eli

Maybe a harbinger of an RE Spring?

Here is a plot of the last five years activity in Sun City Summerlin. This tract has about 5500 homes of which 1600 have changed hands in the recent period.

The little bit of light is that we actually have stability and perhaps a small uptick over the past four months.

Note that Sun City Summerlin would be the first place to trend upward. It appeals to a relatively well monied retired...
