All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. DUST BUILD-UP NOTED ON FAN COVERS INSIDE WALK-IN COOLER, INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. LOOSE CAULKING AT WALK-IN COOLER CEILING, INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE.
Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. CLEAN MULTI-USE UTENSILS SHELF TOO CLOSE TO MOP SINK, INSTRUCTED TO PROTECT UTENSILS FROM POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION.

All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. BULK FOOD CONTAINERS NOT LABELED IN DRY FOOD STORAGE, INSTRUCTED TO LABEL.

MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORSIN ALL CORNERS, UNDER/AROUND ALL HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND INTERIOR OF ALL FLOOR DRAINS.
MUST FIX THE LEAK AT THE BASE OF THE EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINK IN THE 'COLD' PREP AREA.
