The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. THE CEILINGS ARE MOLDY IN THE UNUSED BASEMENT STORAGE AREA, REMOVE THE MOLDY SECTIONS OF CEILING.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE REAR EXIT DOOR HAS BROKEN CONCRETE IN FRONT OF THE OUTER DOOR, REPAIR THE BROKEN CONCRETE.

MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE POTATO CUTTER.
MUST CLEAN EXHAUST HOOD AND CHANGE FILTERS TO REMOVE EXCESS GREASE.
MUST REPLACE MISSING WALL COUVING ALONG WALLBASE ON THE EAST SIDE AND THE WEST SIDE OF THE WALLS IN THE BASEMENT.
MUST PROVIDE BETTER LIGHTING INSIDE THE HOT WATER TANK ROOM.
