All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Must clean interior floors of reach-in cooler.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Floors under dry storage shelves must kept clean & stock/supplies must be elevated off the floor. Must fix the threshold on 2-side doors of the church's dining/function hall.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Loose baseboards around ice machine , opening around pipes of 3-comp sink, water-damaged walls st storage room & around ice machine must be addressed.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. Must install an exposed handsink at the kitchen/dishroom area.

All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. SOME RUST WAS FOUND ON THE INTERIOR LIP OF THE ICE MACHINE, REMOVE THE RUST AND SANITIZE THE MACHINE.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MILDEWED WOOD SURROUNDING THE MOP SINK NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A WATER RESISTANT, SANITARY SURFACE.

MUST REPAIR BROKEN AND CRACKED FLOOR TILES IN FRONT OF MEN'S TOILET ROOM TO BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
MUST DECLUTTER AND AND BETTER ORGANIZE ELECTRICAL ROOM. ALL ITEMS MUST BE 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR AT ALL TIMES (I.E., BOTTLED WATER BOXES AND DECORATIONS.)
