All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. BAR ICE BIN COVER MISSING. MUST PROVIDE COVER/PROTECTIVE BARRIER FOR BAR ICE BIN.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. OBSERVED FOOD BUILD UP ON SHELF AT COFFEE STATION. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. BASEMENT DRY STORAGE ROOM CLUTTERED (CARDBAORD BOXES). MUST ELEVATE ALL ITEMS OFF FLOOR TO PREVENT POTENTIAL PEST HARBORAGE.

MOST FLOOR DRAINS/COVERS AT BAR, PREP STATIONS & DISHROOM NEED CLEANING-MUST MAINTAIN. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
LIGHT SHIELDS MISSING AT SODA DISPENSING/WAIT STAFF AREA (BY KITCHEN DOORS)-MUST PROVIDE OR REPLACE WITH SHATTER-PROOF BULBS. Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities.
CUTTING BOARDS WITH DEEP/DARK GROOVES MUST BE REPLACED. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
