LOW TEMPERATURE GLASSWASHER AT THE BAR AREA IS NOT INSTALLED. MUST INSTALL AND PROVIDE 100 PPM CHLORINE FOR THE FINAL RINSE. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. OBSERVED THE SPRAY SINK LEAKING WATER FROM THE DRAIN LINE. MUST REPAIR.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MAINTAIN THE FLOOR OF THE DISHAREA DRY. MUST SEAL THE FLOOR AT THE CORNER NEAR THE OVENS.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. REPLACE THE MISSING DOOR HANDLE FOR THE COCA-COLA PREP LINE COOLER.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. INSTALL AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET COVER FOR THE OPEN OUTLET ABOVE THE C02 TANKS.
