All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SHELVING RACKS TO STORE LIQUOR IN BASEMENT AT LEAST 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR.

FOUND APPROXIMATELY 15 LBS OF CHICKEN STEW AT IMPROPER TEMPERATURES RANGING BETWEEN 48-49.1 DEGREES F. MUST MAINTAIN POTENIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS AT 40 DEGREES F AND BELOW OR 140 DEGREES F AND ABOVE. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST DETAIL CLEAN WALLS AROUND AND UNDER DISH MACHINE AND ABOVE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.

FOOD (ICE) NOT PROTECTED FROM CONTAMINATION DURING STORAGE INSIDE OF THE ICE MACHINE. OBSERVED MOLD GROWTH ON INTERIOR SURFACES OF THE ICE MACHINE. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO TURN OFF MACHINE, REMOVE ICE AND HAVE INTERIOR OF UNIT CLEANED AND SANITIZED. UNIT TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION. One copy of the Food Inspection Report Summary must be displayed and visible to all customers. PREVIOUS INSPECTION SUMMARY REPORT FROM 7/29/10 WAS NOT POSTED IN VIEW OF CUSTOMERS. PREMISES HAD A SUMMARY REPORT FROM 2/26/09 POSTED INSTEAD. MANAGEMENT WAS GIVEN A COPY OF TODAY'S INSPECTION SUMMARY AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO POST IT IN VIEW OF ALL CUSTOMERS.
