OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF RODENTS ON THE PREMISES. OBSERVED APPROX. 20 RAT DROPPINGS IN THE BASEMENT AREA. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE AFFECTED AREAS. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. DETAIL CLEAN THE CABINETS BELOW THE REAR SERVICE COUNTER, INTERIOR OF ALL FREEZERS, WIRE RACKS IN THE WALK-IN COOLER AND FREEZERS.
