INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE MISSING FLOOR BASEBOARD TILES UNDER 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, UNDER 2 COMPARTMENT SINK AND RESEAL LOOSE FLOOR BASEBOARD TILES ALONG THE WALLS NEXT TO DRIVE THRU WINDOW (FOOD PREP AREA.-------MUST REPLACE MISSING FLOOR TILES IN PREP AREA (BY DRIVE THRU WINDOW).-------MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS ALONG THE WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS WITH DRIED FOOD DEBRIS ACCUMULATION AND GREASE BUILD-UP IN FOOD PREP AREA ESPECIALLY UNDER COOLING AND COOKING EQUIPMENT.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE LIGHTSHIELDS ABOVE SODA DISPENSER UNIT (SELF-SERVICE) IN DINING AREA.
All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE THERMOMETER VISIBLE INSIDE ALL PREP COOLER AND FREEZERS INCLUDING WALK-IN COOLER.
Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination. NOTED ICE SCOOP STORED INSIDE ICE MACHINE. INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY STORED IN A CLEAN SEPARATE CONTAINER TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION.
