RESTROOM DOORS ARE NOT SELF-CLOSING. MUST INSTALL A SELF-CLOSING DOOR DEVICE ON BOTH RESTROOM DOORS.
All employees shall be required to use effective hair restraints to confine hair. HAIR RESTRAINTS ARE NEEDED FOR ALL EMPLOYEES IN THE FOOD PREP AREA.

A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each Minor violation that is not corrected upon re-inspection by the health authority. PREVIOUS MINOR VIOLATION NOT CORRECTED FROM LAST INSPECTION DATED 11-22-10 REPORT NUMBER 465315. Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. INST TO PROPERLY STORED ALL SINGLE SERVICE AND MULTI-USE UTENSILS IN PREP AREA.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. ALL GARBAGE CAN THAT ARE NOT IN USED NEED TO BE PROPERLY COVERED. MUST REPLACE ALL PITTED AND STAIN CUTTING BOARDS. SPLASH GAUARD IS NEEDED AT THE FRONT EXPOSED HAND SINK NEXT TO THE STOVE.
