Lower level 2-compartment sink pipe leaking. Must repair and maintain.

Found prep cookline reach in cooler not maintained, ambient air temperature at 62.0 F. Instructed manager to repair/replace cooler, ambient air temperature must be 40 F or below. Citation issued. GASKETS OF COOLER DRAWERS ARE RIPPED IN THE MAIN KITCHEN, MUST REPLACE. SINK STOPPERS NEEDED AT THE KITCHEN 3-COMP SINK.
ALL FLOOR DRAINS MUST BE KEPT CLEAN. FLOORS ALONG THE WALLBASES BEHIND DRY STORAGE AREAS MUST BE KEPT CLEAN ALSO.
FOLLOWING NEED CLEANING: INTERIOR OF FRYERS, EXTERIOR DOORS OF BAR COOLERS, GASKETS OF COOLER DOORS, MOST SINK DRAINS AT THE BAR, CONDENSERS/COMPRESSORS OF MOST COOLERS.
BULK FOOD CONTAINERS MUST BE LABELED.
BATHROOM VENTILATION NOT WAORKING, MUST FIX. LEAKY PIPE UNDER THE BAR HANDSINK & AT THE COLD WATER KNOB OF KITCHEN HANDSINK MUST BE FIXED. A BACK-FLOW DEVICE MUST BE INSTALLED AT THE COFFEE MACHINES, IN THE BASEMENT PREP AREA.
