The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS AT HOT WATER TANK AREA NEEDS CLEANING. ALSO INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO ELEVATE SHELF FOOD STORAGE RACKS 6' OFF THE FLOOR.
