All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN INTERIOR OF MOP SINK AND REMOVE ALL DEBRIS.
Adequate and convenient toilet facilities shall be provided. They should be properly designed, maintained, and accessible to employees at all times. EXPOSED HAND BOWL IN PREP KITCHEN NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED. THE HOT WATER FAUCET HANDLE IS BROKEN, PREVENTING THE FLOW OF HOT WATER INTO THE SINK. ALSO, THE PULL LEVER THAT OPENS AND CLOSES THE DRAIN IS IN POOR REPAIR PREVENTING THE SINK FROM DRAINING PROPERLY. MUST REPAIR SO THAT SINK DRAINS PROPERLY AND TO ALLOW FOR PROPER HAND WASHING. CRITICAL CITATION ISSUED 7-38-030.
