All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. OBSERVED MORE THAN 75 MICE DROPPINGS AT WALLBASE OF KITCHEN CLOSET, MOP SINK CLOSET AREAS, FURNANCE ROOM,WALL CLOSETS AND GARAGE AREA IN BETWEEN MASSIVE AMOUNT OF CLUTTER AND SHELVING UNITS IN CLASSROOMS. ALSO NOTED FRONT, REAR AND GARAGE DOORS NOT TIGHT FITTING. MUST RODENT PROOF DOORS. INSTRUCTED TO GET PEST CONTROL COMPANY TO SERVICE ALL MENTIONED AREAS STATED ABOVE. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS,ELEVATE & ORGANIZE CLUTTER. SERIOUS -7-38-020 CITATION ISSUED.
