A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each Minor violation that is not corrected upon re-inspection by the health authority. Minor violations from 5/29/09 visit (report #157853) not corrected at this time. (#32-cutting boards with deep/dark grooves must be replaced & cooler door gasket at front must be fixed,that's in poor repair; #34-floors along baseboards of walk-in cooler/ behind grease trap/under dishmachine need cleaning; #35-missing filters at front oven/dusty fan guards in walk-in cooler must be maintained; #41-any soda/milk crates used for storage shelvings in various areas of premises must be removed & replaced with regular shelves for easy cleaning/pest monitoring.)
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Dusty shelves under ceiling vents in rear, interior panel of ice machine, interior floor of small coolers at front servidce line must all be free of dust/food debris.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. All stock/supplies must be elevated off the floors, especially at corner shelf acroos baking oven.

FRONT PREP AREA 1-COMPARTMENT SINK FAUCET LEAKING. MUST REPAIR AND MAINTAIN SINK.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. PREP REACH IN COOLERS DOOR RUBBER GASKETS IN POOR REPAIR AT FRONT PREP LINE. MUST REPAIR/REPLACE ALL DAMAGED COOLER DOOR GASKETS.
