The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. Found the grounds of 4-dumpsters along walls of enclosed dock area, with at least 200 rat droppings, lids of 2-dumpsters are left open, debris of food/trash on the grounds as well. Must maintain clean.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Interior of microwave oven at lunch room is very rusty, must replace.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Floors under all dry storage shelvings at rear room must be free of clutter, dust or debris.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Any unnecessary articles stored between walls & shelves or under shelvings must be removed & all stock must be elevated off the floors.
