Found some food items not properly dated/labeled in walk in freezer, must date and label food items in walk in freezer.
Walk in cooler shelving that had peeling paint, shall be replaced, rear storage shelving had peeling paint shall be replaced.
Non food contact surfaces of storage shelving, prep table lower shelving not clean need detailed cleaning.
Floors in kitchen dish washing area, and by dish machine areas need detailed cleaning.
Wall that had peeling paint in rear kitchen area shall be repaired/sealed.
Light shields in kitchen prep area not clean need detailed cleaning.
Exhaust vents(ventilation) in walk in cooler, kitchen prep area, and kitchen storage areas need cleaning, exhaust vents in bathrooms in newer building(1st fl, 2nd fl, and 3rd floor need cleaning(detailed).
