All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors.MUST CLEAN,ORGANIZE KITCHEN,STORAGE AREAS,BOILER ROOM AND REMOVE ALL CLUTTER FROM PREMISES STORE ARTICLES 6' OFF FLOOR.

FOUND RUSTY SHELVES IN THE REACHIN MILK COOLER. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE RUST AND PAINT THEM.
CLEAN THE FLOORS IN THE PREP AREA, STORAGE AREAS AND IN THE BOILER ROOM ALONG THE WALLS, IN THE CORNERS AND UNDER THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT HAS DUST AND DIRT BUILDUP.
CLEAN THE VENTS IN THE PREP AREA AND IN THE LUNCHROOM HAS DIRT BUILDUP ON THEM.
