Gap along wallbase and floor not sealed. Instructed to seal gaps and install coving. Walls in cafeteria not sealed. Instructed to apply non-toxic sealant to surface.
Outer openings not protected or rodent proofed. Several exterior doors not sealed in midlle of double doors and south wall has louvers thats not sealed. Instructed to rodent proof doors and louvers to prevent rodent and insect entry.
Floors not sealed in hallways and cafeteria. Instructed to seal floor to be non-porous.
