After we waited in line 30 minutes in the drive threw on Friday my husband got home and half of our order was missing (a burrito, 2 hard shell tacos and we ordered extra meat on a nacho bell grande and there was barely a tbsp of meat on it) we called to express our disappointment. We had children to feed and couldn’t go back up and wait another 30 min for replacement. An employee named Skyler said to come back up there anytime and he’d replace our full order for the inconvenience. Making a wrong a right great customer service right? Well it’s Sunday we went back up with our receipt that we wrote the employees name in. He waits 15 min in the store and when someone finally greets him they get “skyler”. Skyler says he doesn’t remember the conversation and wouldn’t replace the meal but he’d give him another bell grande. We live 15 min away we would have never drove that far or waisted that much time if we knew that this was going to happen. My husband said if he wasn’t going to correct the situation that he’d like his receipt back and call the corporate office. Skyler gave the receipt back and said call them fuc@##! Yes he cussed my husband in front of our 11 year old child. The only reason my husband didn’t lose his cool at that point is because of our 11 year old. I’m now searching for the corporate number and I’ll be posting this review on every available outlet so others won’t be as disrespected as we were.
