Actually, Ray, I use a halibut club myself. Interesting -- some poor woman in the interior recently asked me if she could borrow it because she's got a fatheaded husband. I should send it to her.

Ha! That little stick is not as hard as my head. Hit me a time or two and it probably snaps in half before it dents my head

In Alaska? Not for hunting, but you can use radios and cell phones to communicate emergencies and such. Also, no moose drives of any kind, but I believe deer drives are legal in the lower-48:

No such thing as "ignorant laws" any more than there is such a thing as "knowledgeable houses." Moose must have been sleepy when he wrote this.

Reps to Hogfamily and Met, guess I haven't been spreading it around enough lately. Glad I can like posts all I want on Facebook. I suppose I'll have to go give reps to posts elsewhere on the forum that I like. Usually it would be on the tv forum but I haven't been watching tv lately.

I'll bet not too many of you knew Ted was deputized by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio. http://blogs.phoenixnewtimes.com/val...paionugent.jpg

He's still a "Special Deputy" to Joe. Now if that ain't a match made in heaven, then I don't know what is.

You get down on Ted for not following the law and you have a problem with Joe who tries to follow the Law?

It's perfectly clear after reading this thread why the country is in the toilet....
