If, when you use the word "Mormon," you are speaking of members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the 16-million member worldwide church headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah), you are absolutely wrong. Any member of the Church who is found to be in a polygamous marriage is promptly excommunicated from the Church. There are no exceptions.

Polygamy in the LDS church was banned 130 years ago. There are no members of the LDS church that practice this today.
You are conflating the Fundamentalist LDS church (FLDS) with the LDS church, they are not the same thing.

You are talking about splinter groups who are not a part of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. That's a fact. You don't have to tell me how many wives Joseph Smith had. But one of the principle doctrines upon which that Church was founded is that revelation from God is continuous, and that God has ever right to change policies as the needs of the people change. Those who refuse to acknowledge that changes are going to take place from time to time and who insist on continuing to practice old laws are not a part of the original Church.
Call them all Mormons if you want. But remember this: If you want to imply that they are part of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I hope you also use this line of reasoning and refer to the members of the Westboro Baptist Church as being part of the American Baptist Church. What works for the goose works for the gander, as well.

The whole issue of prostitution in China is huge. Desperate men without wives can get their fix without dating, but I do feel bad for the men who will marry those women not knowing their past.

Ladies wanting to marry will still want the best deal possible, its not just china, its the whole world. Especially with china not having free healthcare or welfare, women dont marry poor men. Theres a massive issue with women all over the world marrying up, there are some women that dont, but most have very high standards for height, money, education, future earnings, etc.

Im sure most men on planet earth will not marry a former prositute. Especially in china when the price of marriage is so high, its a very bad deal for the man to marry like that. Women have standards, average men worldwide have issues with getting rejected by many women. Most men will walk away if they knew a womans past where they have more than 200 partners. Am i wrong?

Also depends on the mans height, job, money, etc. But having a big city hukou definitely adds alot of points into the equation.
