It looks like Forever 21 is going by Dillards o the lower level. It could be a 2 level but I think the other construction area on the top floor is another store.

I think Perimeter has a two level Forever 21. The one I saw in Tampa was two level.

No perimeter is One level its Cumberland mall that has the 2 level store....

Okay... Well i'm not for sure if this was already discussed but Forever 21 is officially two story. It takes up the bottom corner expanding from Journeys to the old "Tilt" arcade and it takes up the top from the old Yankee Candle to the Sun coast movie place. It is pretty impressive how big it is. I went to the mall today and there signs are all over it.
