We're only a little past the halfway point of the season, and no matter what Dansby Swanson does in Atlanta, it's already safe to label the Shelby Miller trade a complete bust, and by far the worst transaction of the winter. Outside of like 1 or 2 starts, he's been a complete disaster.
As of this morning, the Cubs no longer have the best record in the NL. That belongs to the 54-33 (.621) Giants. The Cubs are at 52 -32 (.619 )
Good.
And how about the Indians of late? 51-34 and on top of the AL Central in a real breakout performance. If Kansas City keeps faltering, then look out for this team.
The closest any two teams from the same division are to one another is the 124 miles between LA and San Diego, just edging the 139 miles which divides Philadelphia and Washington.
The Philadelphia Phillies and New York Mets are only 116 miles apart.

It's going to be fun watching the Cardinals hunt them down all summer then pass them come autumn.
