It's no longer, let me give you some tea, some soup or a warm blanket until you get back on your feet...it's a oh ok, you want a section 8 voucher for life with an EBT card and you're just never going to try. So sorry nope...lots of democratic people not on board with that.
Or "do you want to "work" for government and do very little constructive?

I don't know which is worse, what the e-mail said or the comments on here accepting it and thinking it is in any way O. K. I have had this "People-without-color" who call themselves "People-of-color" racism right up to my eyeballs. Learn your science. White is the presense of color and black is the absense of color.

White people have bent over backwards trying to make everybody acceptable and this is the thanks we get? White people have feelings too. I guess that doesn't matter. Disgusting!

I never attended a party which was labeled white only. Parties we attend may consist of people with white or so skin, but it is by coincidence. I have no issues with parties where only non white people happen to be, but if it was not designed like this.

If you are saying that it is something that we need to accept then "white elects" parties should also be a normal thing. I find it strange, but if ... then...

P.S. IIRC you are from Brandeis, right ?

I need to correct myself... of course I am talking about public parties. Parties of officials.

I honestly do not understand all these Black, Latino caucus and whole identity politics. To me it defeats a purpose of what they are doing.

The difference is that public accomodations were used to host the party.

You can do what you want with private events.

Ok, that is a stupid thing to add. I'm sure there are white people out there who only know white people...but arent necessarily excluding anyone who isn't white. The party in question has made it a mission to exclude white people. That is the difference. If a white family is having a xmas party maybe that is all that will be in attendance....because that is their family..white people. The city of boston party went out of their way to have a POC party only.

So, what do you suppose was served at this party? Ribs? Watermelon? Fried Chicken? Collard Greens?

Nah, it was tax payer funded, so caviar, champagne, lobster.

They're not liberal; they're the left. But people are too busy staring at their phones to notice (quite by design).
