Seriously? Whole Foods at the old SA spot? You do realize that most people are not going to want to lug all their groceries to the parking structure, right? That would be a horrible place for a grocery store.
And seriously...get over the Macy's obsession. There is absolutely zero need for a Macy's and not a single person I know would shop there on a regular basis. This is a college town and that's why places like Target and Costco will thrive, not a place like Macy's.

There are several college towns with a Macy's or a Macy's nearby.
