Fresh, tasty food. I thought it would be fairly self-evident.

Consistency, custom orders, customer service, cleanliness, polite attitude of employees, food quality, value.

Tommy's is awesome too!

Because it's better than most other fast food burger options and at a lower price .

Tommy's is good too I believe it might be a bit more expensive though .

I've been eating at Tommy's since soft drinks were on the honor system, and I have the cholesterol to prove it. In 'n Out is good, too, because of fresh food, low prices, good service.

I think the burgers are good, but their fries taste like cardboard. I much prefer Five Guys or Fatburger, but they are twice the price, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Consistency, freshness, grilled onions, and price.

I like their animal style burgers, but that's about it.

I only see it mentioned once but cleanliness is definitely a major plus. In N Out always looks spotless from the kitchens to the bathrooms to the customer areas. The Tommy's right next to my house, for comparisons sake, is disgusting.
