They usually are. Default setting for the
(North) American market.

Same goes for pool equipment and such.

Household thermostats too but they tend to be switched to Celsius by most people.

Same goes for your car's operating system.

Mouldy, they all are, they always have been. The more modern ones here today have both F and C settings on them now but the F settings are in larger letters and numbers.

My oven is Celsius only. Oh, those Germans and yes, it's a digital display. It also has a favourite button, where you can program your favourite recipe temps etc. Being German, you are only allowed ONE favourite. Sigh.

That's some really low hanging off-color fruit you have there. Germans, ovens, one temperature setting. I can't believe you did nazi that one coming...

How big is that? Is that a counter top convection oven or a full size stove?

I don't think I'd like only Celsius on my oven - my brain is pre-programmed to Fahrenheit and Imperial measures.
