It's terrible what he did to his family. But he made a mistake, like we all do (maybe not always this big), and it took a lot of guts to acknowledge it and talk about it the way he did. This in no way makes it right, of course.

And besides, he's just a guy on TV that a lot of people laugh at. S--- happens.

Except that there's a possibility it could also be criminal if he used his position of authority over the women in order to get sexual favors from them.

true but no one has made public when these encounters happened. Could have been years ago.

Fact-he's the boss
fact-he had an affair with an employee

They cover this situation every year in companies around the country on their annual sexual harassment training course. If you're the boss then you don't have sexual relations with employees who work beneath you.
