LOL! I can't smell it where I live. Only when driving near it (commercial area) late night/early morning. Waxhaw is about 25 miles away but I think Timm is in the area.

Here's an old article, but since this is an ongoing, old problem . . . maybe it will give you some insight about sewage spills and problems we have had in this county . . .

ETA: a more recent 2007 report of what I consider to be an ongoing problem, and I don't believe what city officials have said as to it being resolved. Now, that is my personal opinion - and I think a certain amount of skepticism is a good thing, as this problem has been occurring for a very long time - w/o the public being fully informed of the extent of spills.
