Mayo is vile. I can't even touch a jar of it.

Then I'd have to give up hamburgers. And then, life would suck.

The worst part about mayo is that it's a double whammy of tasting gross and being bad for you. Fatty foods are supposed to be delicious!

So, what is the reason you don't put ketchup on other sausages, and why does that same reason not also apply to hot dogs? Ketchup is a sugar coating for children to put on foods they don't like, so they don't have to taste them. When you're an adult if you don't like the taste of something you don't have to eat it. No reason to cover it up with sugar!

Let me guess, white zinfandel is your favorite wine, Velveeta your favorite cheese, Hershey's milk chocolate your favorite chocolate, and you will only drink coffee if it has lots of cream and sugar in it, right?

A good mayo is probably healthier than a flame-grilled hamburger patty if made with olive oil and free-range eggs. And some of us do consider mayo to be delicious!

Default In my mind...

...the only proper response to this request would have be something along the lines of:

a) the "soup nazi" from Seinfeld responding with a curt "no beef sandwich for you until the sun burns out"

b) Nick the bartender in the "world with out George" scene at the bar -- That's it! Out you two pixies go -- through the door or out the window.

Kidding, but only a little. I mean seriously the sandwich is tradtionally served with at least a tablespoon or so of au jus poured right onto the whole thing. Mayo, even made with eggs pulled from the nests of Martha Stewarts own special Welsumer hens and hand whipped with the finest olive oil harvested by dwarves on the Isle of Lesvos into a sauce by a chef who can trace his ancestory directly back tto Charles de Lorraine is probably gonna washed into the "dip bin" ...

I dare someone to ask the loud mouth guy in the stocking cap working the register at Mr. Beef on Orleans to put mayo on their beef. Record it on your phone, I'm sure his response will be hilarious.

I'm no fan of mayo, but when did it become a crime to order food the way you like it?
