Jesus is part of the triune God and will rule forever.

The very subject of this thread.
2Pe 1:11 For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

So tell me how it is that Jesus is turning over the Kingdom but yet the Kingdom is still His for eternity?

Funny thing about the bolded words above, nowhere in the Bible does it even remotely state that.

Nor does it say that "God will rule over all" after Jesus turns over the kingdom to God.

Nor does it say that "Jesus will turn over the Millennial kingdom to God."

It does however say "that God may be All in all" (1 Cor.15:28).

trettep, I have told you in post #205 of the other thread that concerning the meaning of the word 'Aionios', I have given you my final answer on the matter. Believe what you will.

If you wish to believe that even God the Father does not rule forever, then believe what you will.

Rev 22:1 ''And He showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God (the Father) and of the Lamb (Jesus Christ).

Concerning Jesus Christ, Hebrews 1:8 'But of the Son He says, ''Thy throne O God is forever and ever, and the righteous scepter is the scepter of His Kingdom.''

Notice "ages of the ages."

I will not keep going over and over what that means. It has been spoken of time and again. Refer to the following link for the meaning of ages of the ages. http://catholicadventist.com/Papers/Q_Hell_Rev2010.pdf

And no, I am not Catholic.

The mediatorial reign of Christ in the Millennium gives way to His eternal reign.

I just thought you would want to reconcile the contradiction.

All right. I have given sufficient information in posts#1, 5, 7, 10, 13, 16, 21, 27, 30, 34, and 36. There are always going to be people who deny that Christ will rule forever. I have no intention of endlessly debating the matter. I have other things to do. Readers are free to refer back to the aforementioned posts. You have the right to believe what you wish.

Mike, do you prefer that we respond to you with references to post numbers or just give you straight answers even if duplicated elsewhere so that those responses address you more personably?
