There is nothing going on now that hasn't always been going on. Things are better today for more people than ever before.
Because a famous man wants to be a woman? Because 2 people of the same sex can marry? There are many worse things that could happen.
I would in fact say that it is the very reason that things are getting better that it's end times. Think about human existence as a story. We have the set up, the conflict, and the story hits the turning point near the end of the story. End times, doesn't need to mean human exinction. It can mean closing a page on our crappy history of fear and hatred to enter a New Age. Hence the term, New Age.

I thought we were talking about Biblical end times, as in the proverbial last days.
From a purely logical perspective, most posters here are on the slippery slope. All humans come with an expiration date - and it ain't that long (on Earth)!
People are so mean and cruel now and dont care of anyone else......... The bible is right..... Its getting worse daily..... I cant stand how cruel people are,people that used to be my friends..... (For one thing) -- I dont feel like I belong on this earth anymore.... I feel trapped in a hell I dont belong in

This is increasingly and depressingly descriptive of the zeitgeist of the current societal tenor.

I wouldn't know.
But, to comment on this time...I have never experienced more ease in connection with our Creator, this
ever present Intelligence or Consciousness...'His' Presence is all around. I have not always been like this.
It's like something has been lifted and my spiritual advancement has simply accelerated, the mind has settled down and it is easier to get into, ha, the zone....the place of calm and ease
to be able to feeeel and sense in the silence...no more 20year old nutty, preoccupied brain.

I read things about what would be called new age ideas about 'shifts' with the stars or alignments...I dunno...but 'something' is happening to me and others.
There are more Awakenings....you could call dawning realizations, epiphanies given...light bulbs going off in people's head where they suddenly 'see'...see what? What this place is...why we are here...understanding the Matrix (google Max Plank, 1944) or The Divine Matrix a book by Gregg Braden.

I see the end of fundamentalist ideology. It is used for not taking responsibility for what we have done to the planet. LGBTQ did not appear out of thin air.

Judgment is coming and no false hope in fantasies like the rapture will provide an escape. Christians will suffer too. The only hope for any of us is to repent and to deny the pet sins that ensare us.
IF GOD DOES NOT JUDGE AMERICA HE WILL HAVE TO APOLOGIZE TO SODOM AND GOMORRAH.
We have all of us contributed to the wrath of God, Christians as well as sinners. We have all of us given our allegiance to wickedness and debauchery in high as well as low places. We will all eat and drink of the wrath of God upon America. It is coming and it is coming soon. REPENT now.
I used to think that judgment would 'pass over' Christians, but after the events of Charleston I no longer believe this. Those gentle and good folk have passed on to their Lord and Savior and the only good thing that one can say for this is that their eyes will not see what is coming upon the rest of us. But we will.
The message of Charleston is not about a flag or a nut case with a gun. It is about Christians NOT being immune to the terrible society American has become. Pay attention, Christians. Your salvation is in the blood of the lamb, not Star Wars or rapture heresy. Sticking your head in the sand will not make it go away. Stand up and open your eyes and repent. NOW.
Moses led his people through the desert. There were no shortcuts then and there are no shortcuts now. God does not deal in escapism, but in hard truth and deeds. God was with the Hebrews in the desert and He will be with those who trust in Him. There is no way to delay or deny it.
The air is tense with expectation. Even secular voices are raised in saying that something terrible is approaching America. No one knows what it is, but when it comes those of us who survive will initially be very confused and angry at God. Eventually, those among us who are rational and not subject to hysteria will admit we had it coming. We've asked for it and the righteous hand of God will be justified in its act.
Do not seek escapism except in humble petition to God for forgiveness and personal mercy. He will grant it to many, but not to all. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God. Perhaps your continued life may be granted as reward.
