The Bible is full of astrology and its attendant symbolism. Many early tarot decks are based explicitly on biblical narratives and characters, and figures and stories from Christian tradition.
i happen to know of a Biblical Astrologist. Of course, he does not agree with divining or prognostication. Trippy guy though, has some obvious knowledge, even if he is rather fundie for my taste
I pray you find out the truth and abandon your New Age based fluff before you have to meet some of what you say doesn't exist, that has kept your soul in bondage to it, at the death of your body. And no, I'm not talking about fundy hell. Peace

People can appear to be normal to some extent but have a demon, yes. Serial killers generally do a great job of hiding them until they get caught, for instance.
Evil spirits are something altogether different. They have influence over a person's behaviors to whatever extent the person allows them to. Eventually, if "fed" enough the person's will deteriorates until demonic possession becomes a reality, most notably with occultic practices, because they are the most diametrically opposed to G-d's laws pertaining to worship and spiritual matters. I've seen real and living examples of this. When people allow evil thoughts into their minds and such thoughts entice the flesh and they continue to welcome such evil in, it usually leads into a downward spiral. I just watched a video about a man who was leading a double life - very involved at his church, but at the same time watching a lot of dark pornography involving dominating women. Eventually, his wife confronted him about the porn and he then murdered her and their daughter and put them in the dumpster at his workplace. I'm sure he seemed very normal to people at work and at church, but something very dark and evil had control of him and he is now serving the rest of his life in prison. People should guard their hearts and minds as the scripture admonishes us to do. I used to tell my kids, you are the keeper of the gate of your thoughts, your mind and heart. I told them God would allow them to go as far into the darkness as they themselves allowed, but at the end is always death, sorrow, shame, humiliation and judgement.
People who see evil are looking in their soul's mirror.
I think you protest a bit too much at times, TroutDude. There IS evil in the world, and it is not simply a projection of those who realize it. And btw, I noticed you scoffed at the evil in pornography, but it is no laughing matter, it objectifies others, mostly women and children and certainly is evil.
Not sure if I believe in any evil connected with tarot cards or fortune telling other than people wasting their money and opening themselves up to using blind guides to make important life decisions. I think you come off as just a little too smug when discussing these things.

Exactly, a perfect example. The soul is like a womb; it reproduces and magnifies whatever is planted in it via a harvest. The serpent in Genesis has become a dragon by the end of the book, for just such a reason. Give him lots to eat and he grows bigger. Peace

My mark in my final 10th grade Math exam was 12/100.
I had to go to summer school for 6 weeks.
I did. And managed a 62 which registered as a pass.
In both Grades 11 and 12, my (new) kindly Math teacher - recognizing my ineptitude in Math and Science and realizing writing/English was my forte - awarded me passing grades throughout high school because I promised I would never seek out a numbers-related field upon graduation.
He was a nice man. He rode a bicycle to school and had an L and R written beneath each of his shoes.
