Definitely one of the latter three, if s/he's still on the planet.
Because that's where I am and I'm not a spirit. If I was a spirit, perhaps without bodily limitations, I would also find myself without mental ones.
First off, I'd argue that you are, in fact, a spirit -- a spirit inhabiting a moral body of flesh and bones.
So are you saying that a spirit has neither bodily limitations or mental ones, while a non-spirit (i.e. you, me, etc.) has both bodily and mental limitations. You seem to be saying that spirits can be the recipients of communication from us, because they have no limitations, but that the reverse is not true, because of our limitations. Is that right?
I'm trying to figure out exactly what's behind your reasoning. Do you believe a spirit cannot inhabit a body, in other words that a spirit must be unembodied in order to exist as a spirit? If a spirit could reside in a specific place, such as in a physical body, how would that affect its capabilities?

I'll short-form my response by borrowing from most indigenous peoples: I speak with my ancestors and I believe they can hear me. I believe some gravity-bound people can hear them, or perceive them in some manner, better than most.
Most of our heads carry too much noise, too much static, to be good receptors. I believe spirits are not so encumbered.

Heheh, you call that a prayer.
Or were you just sitting there for six days to challenge the Lord.
As if such an animist would deny divine counsel to claim himself God. And further challenge the Heavenly House authority to do as he commends.
No, you have ignored nearly ever compliment from the Creator to call his yours to rule.
A voice in the wind has no marking till a reed gives measure.

As my wise old Dad would often say, "Ya' never know."
I think we must have both had wise old Dads.
