Paul wrote that God is not holding the sins of the world against them. Where else in his writings does Paul refer to Christians as "the world", jimmie?

yuppers,

the original sin, the one we are born with, is ignorance. why people can't see that as one of the primary lessons of the cross is beyond me.

the universe self organized and IS quantum computing right now. we are part of that and its way cool to me. Unfortunately some subroutines just don't know they are just that.

God is NOT holding sin against those “in Christ”, as you suggest is taught.

How many times must I explain this to you? Salvation is available to all (the whole world) who believe, through Christ. See John 3:16.

Changing words in the bible. Tsk. Isn't that against your religion? Verbatim, " in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them".

It's God that was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, not counting their sin against them.

How often must it be explained to you that salvation has nada to do with escaping hell or God holding our sin against us. I'm pretty sure you've never provided a scripture verse that says it does.

Some of the Psalms are beautiful poetry. Not the dashing-baby-heads or killing-enemies ones, but others that seem written out of the pure joy of living. It helps to look at things separately and not as one big glom, like "The Psalms" or "The Bible".

It does help, for sure. I always appreciated the Lutheran hymnal for the Psalms put to music.
