pneuma:
I did not post my answer in a very clear manner...I will try to answer your good question here again.

The teaching of the christian church is that God is in Trinity.
The Son is God
The Father is God
The Spirit is God
Yet there is only one God...

The father is not the Son, and never was nor will ever be
The Son is not the father nor ever was the father.
Within the nature of the one true God, there are somehow 3 persons...each different, yet each the one God.

Ah the trinity error, thats what I thought you beleived.

There is more than one God but only ONE FATHER.

The Father is God

And Jesus is God, He is the God that was made flesh and dwelt among us.

Jesus said MY GOD and your GOD, obviously Jesus has a God.

Oh yes!
Jesus is fully 100% human, as such he must pray to the same God all humans must pray to...

But the Son is also just as much 'God" as the father is God too.

"The Word was with God, the Word was God, the Word became flesh"

This is the teaching of the Christian church...

One God, in 3 persons...

Christ is Immanuel, "God with us"

This is the God we worship in the christian church.
A God who made the heavens and the earth in Genesis...Who holds all the stars in his hands...who was born in a barn.

God with us....

The QUESTION ONE:
What Christian Church teaches that "soul sleep" is true?

QUESTION TWO:
Aside from the cults, is soul sleep taught as being true in any Christian Church Y/N?

I believe that when we are made alive as Jesus the first fruits of those who sleep is, we will only then truly appreciate the glory of the resurrection. The apostle Paul states, "If the dead are not raised, let us eat and drink for tomorrow we die" (1 Cor 15:32) (NAS) This is why the resurrection is so important. God bless.

ahh...

Many times Jesus would answer a lot of the questions that people put to him to test him...
But finally Jesus would be sitting there and he had stumped all the people and so no one dared ask him any more questions.

Now, Jesus came to teach people,,,it was kinda his job at the time, so not being asked any questions made it hard for him to give out answers.
So you know what we read Jesus did when they stopped asking him questions?
He asked them questions...

Why did Jesus bother to ask other people questions?
Didn't Jesus already know the answer to every question he asked?
So why go on and keep asking people questions if you already know all the answers?

Many times Jesus would ask a question and people would not answer him, or at best they would say, "We don't know for sure", not that they really didn't know, but rather they just did not want to admit to Jesus the true answer.

So the unanswered question is left out there like a sore thumb...it will not go away...The people who might pretend not to care to answer the question cant hide from the fact they they are not hiding from the person who asked the question, they are hiding something from themselves...

Sometimes a person will not allow themselves to answer my questions, so they GOOGLE something and try to read it to me.
I never read that junk...
I never read junk that is just copy/pasted off of some website.
I came here to post things i make up, or to read what others make up.
posting an address is fine, but I never use the work of others to hide the fact I cant answer someone...

Be that as it may...You can always shut me up by answering the questions too you know...LOL
