Here's a before and after pix of me. This first pix was taken on New Year's Eve 2008, and the second pix was taken today in the same shirt. As of today, I weigh 173 pounds. I have lost a total of 35 pounds since May 2008. God is good and on this Thanksgiving, I am very thankful to God for blessing me to lose weight and to understand that gluttony and eating the wrong foods lead to sickness.

im glad that worked for you. i think praying is highly desireable. but i also follow medical diets & exercise which work really well. i know many moral good godly and prayerful people that are quiet fat.
I think it's wonderful that you have lost all those pounds . I am sure you feel much better for it .
Yes I do PC, and I get to glorify God by being healthy. What a victory it is to be obedient to God by eating healthy so that we can keep our temples free from poor diet related diseases and illnesses.
