It's been almost three weeks since my last post. I am still maintaining my weight. I have been weight training using 25 pound dumbbells, and my body has become muscular in just 8 weeks. This pix is of me in my old size 38 pants. I wear 32s now.
I have updated my profile pix for all of you to see what I look like as of yesterday. I am now wearing athletic training clothes. I will keep you all updated on my progress to keep my weight off if you are all still interested. I am now lifting 30 pound dumbbells. Will be graduating to 35 pounds in 5 weeks. God bless and thanks for your prayers and support.

God believes in you and wants you to choose well. But it take your own free will to decide to take him up on his faith in you. He will be there if you look when you feel like quitting . Its a life long struggle but anything is that is worth while. You look good.Apply the lessons who have learned to other things in life;god bless.
