These are the FAITHFUL bewailing their calamities...and by the mercies of God they nourish their hope...They acknowledge God's justice, and pray for deliverance. This man is going through much darkness, and in the midst of it all, he is humbled and the remembrance of God is what gives him hope. Context...not one verse.

but he does in other places......which is why he compares eternity as like two sides of a coin.... if he says eternal life, the flip side is eternal death.

Me too my brain is in park, but I know of most times when God speaks of the one, its in direct equal comparison to the other, only the outcomes differ. So if there's eternal life, the flip side is eternal death.

Lamentations 3 is no exception: the two sides:

The LORD is good to those whose hope is in him,
to the one who seeks him;

Not all seek the Lord...for those who do Verse 31 applies. That is the one side.......the other is:

59 You have seen, O LORD, the wrong done to me.
Uphold my cause!

60 You have seen the depth of their vengeance,
all their plots against me.

61 O LORD, you have heard their insults,
all their plots against me-

62 what my enemies whisper and mutter
against me all day long.

63 Look at them! Sitting or standing,
they mock me in their songs.

64 Pay them back what they deserve, O LORD,
for what their hands have done.

65 Put a veil over their hearts,
and may your curse be on them!

66 Pursue them in anger and destroy them
from under the heavens of the LORD.

Unbelief, the unbeliever, those who do not seek the Lord, will face an angry God. A God who puts a veil over their hearts. At some point those who persist in unbelief, will have their own way and will not be allowed to believe. Lamentations 3:65

The self righteous cannot bear the thought that God as reconciled the world to Himself(Christ died for sinners) .They cannot bear the thought that simple faith in His wonderous grace is simply good enough, they think they don't sin in their own eyes and yet they see sin in in everybody else's life. They are skillful in deceit wherby they will say "my righteousness is as filthy rags" but their posts deny they believe it when they boast in their own self righteousness and condemn others whose lives do not match up to their own.

They will quote

"I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me."Psalm 103 : 3

Yet they continually look at sin in the lives of others and preach about it, thus making the word of God of no effect.

They have a closet full of NT doctrines but do not have a clue about infinite grace and the effects of Calvary.

Any seeker of God whether you believe in ET or not do not be moved or condemned by these posts that are legalistic nonsense.God is for you and not against you , He is working in your life even though what you may see in your flesh you do not like. He loves you so much He will complete that which He started in you , because He's the author and finisher of your faith.
The self righteous have already cleaned their acts up outwardly(whitewash tombs full of dead mens's bones) but nothing yet has happened on the inside yet .
Do not be intimidated by them , do not judge their ability to be able to quote scriptures as a sign that they are spiritual, nothing can be further from the truth.

They love digging up the bibles verses about sin and the wicked and then try shoving it down our threats

Never do they compile a list of bible verses referencing the love and grace of God . This fact should tell you all you need to know about them.

Well this is exactly how you come across . Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ is an appeal not a threat or an announcement of judgement.

God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 20We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. 21God made him who had no sin to be sina for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

It's a shame that there are so many people out there who believe there are other doctrines one must adhere to before they are saved.

This is really quite simple. BOTH sides have valid scritures to support their views. But people take those scriptures and mold & shape them to fit what they believe to be true. It's really spin. A really good speak can spin a single scripture to say one thing and another good speaker can take that scripture and spin to say something totally different. I've seen it done before. In reality nobody knows for sure who is right.

So it is your belief that because we teach the good news that Jesus saves sinners and we don't teach ET...this is a sin and we do not have salvation? Even though we teach the same things you do, except ET...this will make us lose our salvation?

And what's worse is all who believe in UR are evildoers , because we desire, wish, want and believe God will save all .

You really couldn't make such an accusation up .

She has shown her true color's with this statement.
