This is what you said^^,

this is reality:
The number of people unemployed in the state of California peaked in March 2010 at 2,307,396 and LA metro is Currently 766,570

You are not close, and you fabricate facts.

L.A is an economically depressed region. Just ask all the people living in parking lots due to jobless conditions L.A to give people living in cars on Venice-area streets 'safe overnight parking' | L.A. NOW | Los Angeles Times

L.A is an economic deathbed. Just ask all the people living in parking lots due to unemployment and job losses L.A to give people living in cars on Venice-area streets 'safe overnight parking' | L.A. NOW | Los Angeles Times
Yes, you're right; the entire global entertainment industry is dying!

No one is watching movies or listening to music anywhere. No one owns TVs these days. It's all in the past!

The real growth is in places like Gary, East St. Louis and Detroit. Those are the new boom towns! Malibu, Brentwood, Hollywood, Beverly Hills? Virtually empty! Zombies running down Rodeo Drive!

I meant its on its way. Its obviously not there yet, but on the ground realities tend to lag ecomonomic indicators, so bad times are definitley coming.

Yes it is. film industries leaving L.A faster than corporate jobs even think of leaving Chicago, they go to places like Boise, Toronto, NY, Austin to get further from L.A and its horrid deathtrap economy

Its not my newfound happiness its your glee. Since manhattan was cleaned up its less of a dump, but dont leave the island.....

Places like Miami and LA will always ride up and down harder than the rest of the country, people speculate in desireable places more.
