Well, in the south you have Dallas and Atlanta so I still don't see the comparison.

What makes Houston inferior???

Let me guess...it lacks public transit (it's improving), it sprawls (what city doesn't) and it's located in the south (And what the hell makes the Midwest any better??) Heard it all before.

Pretty defensive, aren't we? I'm not going to argue that Chicago is 'better' than Houston. It's a much different sort of animal. Let's just leave it at that.
