Okay, I'll give you that. Japanese H&M it is. I do like their stuff. I just wouldn't call it "upscale".

More reason I would rather see a C21 - not totally upscale but better labels for decent prices

You guys sure do carry a load of prejudice defying all reality.

There simply is no shopping district competitive with the Las Vegas strip for high end shopping.

And the discount malls are not bad either.

Maybe mid town Manhattan...but it is a hell of a stretch to claim that as a shopping district.

The Las Vegas strip is pretty ridiculous with the amount of high end stores.. I don't think there is anywhere that has multiple locations of the same high end store in such close proximity in the US.

And more interesting they apparently are profitable at the highest retail space rents in the US.

Miami has just as many upscale offerings as Chicago does. And Vegas from what I here.
